My name is Lynne and I’ve been working on improving my own health and wellbeing for many years. Thanks to a combination of meditation and reiki I am now at the point where I can share my experience, knowledge and skills to support others on their own healing path.
After contracting Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in my teens, most of my adult life had been plagued by ill health and a lack of confidence in my body’s ability to heal itself.
My relationship with meditation began when I was in my teens, although it was often more ‘off’ than ‘on’ until a few years ago. Developing a daily meditation practice has transformed my life for the better in so many ways, I worry far less and experience less anxiety. I also find that I am healthier and more confident than I have ever been in my entire life.
I discovered reiki by accident after the birth of my first son, via a library book that literally fell off the shelf in front of me and piqued my interest. I took Reiki I back in 2002 and then Reiki II in 2003 and have used it regularly ever since to support my own health and wellbeing. I’m now in the process of taking my Reiki Practitioner training and hope to be qualified soon!
I feel that these two practices have had a profound impact on my health and well-being, and I’m so excited to share the benefits of my experience through teaching and supporting you to embark on your own mindful practices to help you through this difficult time and beyond.
